As noted in comment #3, the actual behavior has changed, while bug #129886 was
filed because of comment #2.  

If the current 6.4.0.2 is the intention, then I hope a "checkbox" can come into
Options to use "last used directory". (i.e., the current behavior in 6.3.x)
