I tried a restore, but the program (version 5.1.2.2) asks for the file
LibreOffice_5.1.2_Win_x86.msi instead of LibreOffice_5.1.2.2_Win_x86.msi.

I uninstalled 5.1.2.2 and tried to install 5.4.7.2: crash.

I tried to install LibreOffice_5.4.4.1_Win_x86.msi and I got "Windows Vista or
newer is needed". (!)

Trying to reinstall 5.1.2.2 I get the very same crash.

It looks a lot like a problem of msiexec.exe.
