Cannot reproduce STR in comment 3.  (i.e., able to use Navigation window,
detached from Sidebar to navigate successfully to set reminders)

Also able to use Navigator deck in Sidebar to navigate to headers,etc. and can
undock from Sidebar and still navigate.  (no disappearing toolboxes contra
comment 4) (using Windows 10, vcl)
