Thanks for your quick response.

    1.Deleting AppData/Roaming/Libreoffice/4 does not help
    2.Access 32 bit
    3.Access 2010
    4.I'm trying to connect using LibreOffice Base
        I don't know what you mean by "what drivers have you installed?"  The
PC I'm using  has 64 bit Windows 10 as the OS.  I have used Driver Booster 7 to
update drivers.
