Description:
The custom data label position of barchart is not retained, when opening Xlsx
file in Excel.


Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create barchart in Excel. 
    2. Enable data labels and drag one of labels.
    3. Save the file and open in Calc.

Actual Results:
The custom datalabel position is reset to default. 

Expected Results:
The custom datalabel is retained.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
