Description:
Chart sidebar is corrupted after closing or resizing. After closing, space for
sidebar remains (see screenshot 1). After resizing, sidebar is displayed
corrupted, placement of scrollbar is wrong and scrollbar is sometimes garbled
(see screenshot 2). Minimum width of sidebar after resizing is too small
furthermore. Issue existis on Linux and macOS at least.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer, Calc, or Impress
2. Insert chart
3. Select chart for editing
4. Close sidebar, resize sidebar

Actual Results:
Sidebar is corrupted

Expected Results:
Sidebar is displayed without corruptions


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
