Description:
I downloaded the latest reliable file (not the newest tester one). I got this
message when I tried to open it:

"LibreOffice.app can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious
software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more
information." 
macOS Catalina Version 10.15.2 on early 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 
LibreOffice_6.2.8_MacOS_x86-64

Actual Results:
Cannot open

Open
