Description:
When using a wacom pen as a input device, it is off in Calc and not working at
all in Writer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open calc
2. try to select a cell using a wacom pen
3. a cell a few cell below is selected

Actual Results:
a wrong cell is selected

Expected Results:
the correct row should be selected


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
In writer, the wacom pen does nothing.

Also, the wacom pen works correctly in other programs (non-libreoffice)
