To reproduce: Create a writer Document. Insert some text. Insert a table.

Actual behavior:
When right clicking outside the table, there's an option "Comment" to add a
comment.
When right clicking inside the table, this is lacking. (Ctrl-Alt-C does work,
however.)

Expected behavior:
Be able to add a comment via the context menu inside a table, as well.
