second step?

To add some further symptoms to this matter, I’ve noticed that:

1. When I open LO Writer, it sometimes acts similarly like the freezing start
center.

2. When I initiate Alt+F12 within Writer to open settings, I often need to wait
5-15 sec. for it to show up.

3. If I am within settings initiated from the start center (Alt+F12) and click
app color settings, I often need to wait 5-15 sec. for it to show up.
