I assume LO is indeed installed at "C:\Program Files\LibreOffice3.3\LibreOffice
6.4.0.2"?
What is the full content of the line starting "UserInstallation=" in
"C:\Program Files\LibreOffice3.3\LibreOffice 6.4.0.2\program\bootstrap.ini"?
