Extension Manager button not working

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Writer (or Calc),
2 - Select Tabbed UI,
3 - Go to Extension tab,
4 - Click Extension Manager button.

Expected result:
Open extension manager.

Observed result:
Unresponsive.

However, if one selects the "Extension" drop down menu, there's a functional
"Exnsion Manager" command in the menu.
