Description:
I can do it in older version Libre Office and with File - Open but then I have
open new file, not sheet. In older version I can do it in Sheet - Sheet (Arkusz
- Arkusz i wybór pliku "pl") and it opens new sheet.

Actual Results:
Calc doesn't open text file it this menu.

Expected Results:
Restore function.
