Description:
Hello,

I have two problems involed in exported ePubs.

1) The text in exported ePub created by selecting reflowable layout, will not
be rotated.

2) The text in exported ePub created by selecting fixed layout, will not be
viewed at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rotate a text in Writer

2. Export it as ePub by selecting reflowable layout, and try it to view in

calibre

3. Export it as ePub by selecting fixed layout, and try it to view in

(calibre is 4.9.1 and Adobe Digital Editions is 4.5.10 in screenshots)

Actual Results:
Exported ePub has some problems against to rotated texts.

Expected Results:
They should be viewed as how they are viewed in Writer.
