First and last would be 19-50. Using the current implementation it was 19ff,
33, 45ff, I guess. If we want to make it working it requires an option "<5>
Group consecutive pages" to combine n pages. And you set n=50, or higher, to
get 19-50. But that's just an idea how the interaction could be.
