Description:
At some point, either with Oo or with LibO, indexing of Opendocument *content*
was possible in Windows 8. 

This seems to be broken with the advent of Windows 10: tried many LibO
versions, especially 5.x and 6.x but no matter what I tried, entering various
words present in existing libreoffice opendocument files does not yield
results.

At the moment, I'm using Windows 10 build 1809 64bit, along with Libreoffice
6.1.6.3 (x64), deployed via group policy. In control panel -> Search settings,
*.od? files are associated with an "opendocument format filter", in create
index for property as well as the file contents mode.

For the record, MS office is not installed (never was), but for some reason
their *content* is indexed and can be searched without a hitch!

I would open this as a question in the forum, but I've seen other repors for
the same issue, albeit for different Oo/LibO versions.

If this is a bug after all, it would be a *huge* step forward to correct it:
our organization has a zillion of files distributed on the user's desktop.
Having the possibility to search this collection immediately would be an
immense step forward our productivity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Windows 10, press the windows key and start entering a term that appears
in a specific opendocument file



Actual Results:
On step 2 above, opendocument files are *never* returned. They are only
returned if the search term is part of the filename.

Expected Results:
In windows search results the opendocument file that contains the search term
should appear.


Reproducible: Always
