Repro in 6.3.4.2  (image disappears)

Tested by:

1. cutting Schematic (image)
2. putting cursor inside of frame
3. pasting image
4. right-click on image and change anchor to "as character"


No repro  (image remains in frame, anchored "as character")

Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: eeb2d19e77d6dc47c68e8ba0920a02cf64a1247b
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win; 

Additional information:

1. 6.3.4.2 offered anchor option "to frame"
2. 7.0.0.0.alpha does not offer "to frame" anchor
3. In 7.0.0.0.alpha, able to move frame (with image "as character") and image
moves with frame.
4. not tested with MacOS
