Description:
Open a black and white picture saved in doc format with libreoffice document,
and the color of the picture will be lost 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new document in DOC.
2.Insert pictures in gif format, and set the pictures is black and white.
3.Close the DOC.
4.Open the DOC with LibreOffice 6.4.4.2 again.
5.picture black and white effect lost.

Actual Results:
picture black and white effect lost.

Expected Results:
picture black and white effect should be preserved.
