Description:
the formatting of a table disappears when you insert an additional row. This
also happens if we add a column.
This happens with all styles except one: style none.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use writer
2.insert a table by choosing any style except "none"
3.in a cell write a word and, for example, make it bold, underline it and
center it.
4. choice: insert a row or a column
5. immediately the word formatting disappears

Actual Results:
immediately the word formatting disappears

Expected Results:
immediately the word formatting disappears


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
