The thickness of single line border, dotted line border, horizontal line dense
border, horizontal line sparse border and horizontal line point border are
inconsistent with Microsoft. The distance between two lines at the bottom edge
of two line border is incorrect, and three line border becomes two line border
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use libreoffice document to open the provided test document
2.The distance between the two lines at the bottom edge of the two line border
is incorrect. The three line border becomes a two line border
Actual Results:
The distance between two lines at the bottom edge of two line border is
incorrect, and three line border becomes two line border
Expected Results:
Open the test document with libreoffice, leaving the border style unchanged
