I canńot try 6.4.4 because this version comes with Mint 19.3.
and former Mint 18.3 had Libreoffice 5.4

When "all Files" is selected, the normal explorer can open it.
If you want to get DOS-text files, you need the text file with options. But the
explorer seems to be empty, and NO IMPUT field is available.

This problem comes with all versions of LibreOffice Mint.

Test this and you will see !
