FILESAVE DOCX/DOC: Images gone after inserting a new one (followed by save &
reload)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Follow the screencast

Actual Results:
Disappearing images

Expected Results:
Deleting is bad idea.. a doc being messed up is more advisable.. compared to
dropping images


Reproducible: Always
