Exported PNG without pHYs chunk

Exported PNG files do not contain pHYs chunk or any other record of export
resolution.
Steps to Reproduce:
I create a new document using LibreOffice Draw.
I select File->Export and save the entire page as PNG type at 96ppi.
The PNG IHDR chunk confirms the image is 816 by 1056 pixels, which is correct.
The PNG file does not contain a pHYs chunk, which should have identified the
image as 1,000*96/25.4 = 3,780 pixels per meter.
