Since my proposal bug 134538 has been marked as duplicate. I want to mention
the additional things I wrote about the ZWJ and ZWNJ:
Writer should also ignore them in search, prevent multiple of them next to each
other, since that is unwanted and offer them in insert>formatting characters.
