Description:
Can't input Japanese characters in Header and Footer Dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
We use IME to input Japanese characters.
1. Create a Calc document.
2. Choose [Format]-[Page]. ([Page Style: Default] dialog appears.)
3. Choose [Header] tab.
4. Clic [Edit] button. (Header(Page Style: Default)] dialog appears.)
5. Try to input some Japanse characters to [Left area].

Actual Results:
We can't input any Japanese characters(through IME).
We can input Alphabets.


Expected Results:
We hope to input Japanese characters.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
We can paste Japanese characters.
