Comparison MSO 2010 and LibreOffice 7.1 master

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 98466 from bug 78292

-> Some dropdown fields have already a value see. For instance 'Class Start
Time:' and 'Class End Time:' are set to AM. They should be 'Choose an item
value' instead. See comparison image
