Description:
Changes the slide format, changes the content dimensions (not honoring ratio
etc)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Impress
2. Insert a shape 
3. Slide -> Properties -> Slide tab
4. Change to Portrait and press OK (also possible to change the format.. but
this more clear)

Actual Results:
Content squeezed onto the slide

Expected Results:
Content being off page; with proper dimensions


Reproducible: Always
