Example file from Excel

Attached file contains a chart with a long horizontal axis title. In Excel the
default length of the axis title box is a bit shorter than the axis length, but
in Calc it’s about the length of the whole chart area, making it look
subjectively ugly.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
Horizontal axis title is spanning the entire chart area.

Expected results:
Horizontal axis title should be a bit less wide than the axis itself and begin
right of the vertical axis.

LibreOffice details:
Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: 5483d4e10aad27889b961b9cb94d7ba6c86aed0b
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: en-US
Calc: CL
