Description:
Negative option --without-product-flavor still show Personal Edition in the
StartCenter and the About dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the new configure option --without-product-flavor to your autogen.input
2. Rebuild LO 7
3.

Actual Results:
Any mention of Personal Edition should have disappeared.
Personal Edition is still visible in the sidebar of the StartCenter and in the
About dialog. It seems that old images are not restored. Only the previous
tagline is restored.

Expected Results:
Previous images and tagline should both be restored.
