Insert ole object crash LO 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer
2.menu Insert > Object > Ole object
3. Create from File
4. Navigate to pdf file
5. Click OK

Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
no crash


Reproducible: Always
