Description:
Open MSO and create a new table and set the border style to three line
border,save it as docx, and then close the document, Open with Lo, and three
line border becomes two line border and grid lines in the table should be
hidden 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new word document, and set the border style to three line border
2.save it as docx, and then close the document
3.Open with Lo, three line border becomes two line border


Actual Results:
Open with Lo, three line border becomes two line border and Displays gridlines
in the table 


Expected Results:
Open with Lo,  the three line border remains unchanged and grid lines in the
table should be hidden
