I have switched over to another OS user (I know I can use Safe Mode actually
but I want to switch to completely full Arabic environment in OS level), likely
the issue appeared ONLY if I use Oxygen theme. 

But I can not figure out how this issue appears only in LibreOffice, not in
Kate with same Oxygen theme.

So, we can set this NOTOUTBUG or keep it OPEN?

With Oxygen theme, affected also in:
