A very weird behavior. I can change line color for both the point and graph
lines, and the border line of the chart. But I do it in the "Area" panel in the
sidebar. The Line panel seems to be doing nothing. And if you click the gear
icon (top right corner) of the Line panel, it opens the same dialog as the Area
panel.

I think this bug report needs re-evaluation.
