Example file from Word

This is an extension to bug #118701
If the example file of that bug is modified in Word to have paragraph numbering
set, we can set numbering on the paragraph with the inline image, putting 3
numbered paragraphs in the document.
When opened in Writer the paragraph with the inline image loses its numbering.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
“Paragraph with numbering” has number 2, the image has no numbering.

Expected results:
“Paragraph with numbering” has number 3, the image has numbering.
