Description:
For the filling effect in the page color, select the picture, close and open
again, and the picture effect will disappear.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new word document, fill the page color effect in the design label 
2.save it as docx, and then close the document
3.Open with Lo, page color fill image effect disappears 


Actual Results:
Open with Lo, page color fill image effect disappears 

Expected Results:
Open with Lo, page color fill image effect exists
