The original file saved by Writer

Import of shape width relative to bottom margin is now that bug #133070 was
fixed imported correctly, but saving to DOCX is still incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:
1.      Open attachment #160869
2.      Save it as DOCX, then reopen

Actual results:
Shape is 81% of the page height. This setting is also visible in Word, but
Writer does not have a GUI item for that.

Expected results:
Shape should be 81% of the bottom margin width.
