Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

Now the user can define "Chart Colors" in Tools > Options > Charts > Default
Colors. This list can be edited and extended by any color palette.

The color palette "chart-palettes" is only one of the palettes which can be
used to define chart colors.

The defined colors in the Options dialog only take effect in new charts, not in
existing ones. Existing charts can only be changed with the Area dialog tab in
miscellaneous places when editing a chart.

Therefore I close this bug as WORKSFORME.
