Description:
Insert a table, position the cursor on the table, click "layout" in the form
tool tab, click "draw table" in the first cell , and save it as docx. Close the
document and open it with lo. The drawn slash disappears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new word document,and insert a table, position the cursor on the
table,click "layout" in the form tool tab, click "draw table" in the first
cell.
2.save it as docx, and then close the document
3.Open with Lo, the drawn slash disappears

Actual Results:
Open with Lo, the drawn slash disappears.

Expected Results:
Drawn slashes are retained
