UI: Paragraph background color bucket in the sidebar doesn't change color
(similar to highlight or font color)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Properties deck -> Paragraph -> Color below the bucket is always red 

Actual Results:
Always red

Expected Results:
Following the set color (to be consistent)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
