But even before that the radius happened to be visibly smaller than originally.

It was however slightly larger than originally in:
Version: 6.1.0.0.beta1+
Build ID: 5b20226bb0e431afa4505373aaa0af2d28479528
CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

This changed to the previous 6.4 state at:
