I'm afraid that this bug still exists (in 6.4.5.2).
Several dialogs provide blured fonts (the main documents are clear though).

The dev team seems to still use outdated build environment.
Current versions:

XCode: 11.6 (12.0 for developers)
MacOS: 10.15.6
