Description:
Positioning the image next to the text is rather hard. Text moves up or down

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Try to drag the image right or left on top of the text. Should wrap; but
behaves as no warp

Actual Results:
Can't position image next to centered text

Expected Results:
Should be possible


Reproducible: Always
