To reproduce the bad behavior, Wolfgang Jäger step 4 (select the complete 16th
row) must be done clicking on the row header, not with `Shift+Space`.

After Wolfgang Jäger steps:
a. Selecting the row 16, and pressing `F2` will edit the cell content.
b. If cells are unmerged, content of A16 appear in place.
c. Selecting the row 16, the count of values in the status bar says 1.
d. Selecting the row 16, if A16 content was a number (instead of text), the
status bar will sum it.

LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
