For example I prefer for:

tabbed NB:
- Icon Size: Large Toolbar
- Toolbar Style: Text below icons


tabbed compact NB:
- Icon Size: Large Toolbar
- Toolbar Style: Text beside icons

grouped compact NB:
- Icon Size: size from LibO settings
- Toolbar Style: Icon only
