Let's take this as a bug.

The dialogs are equally sized
cui/uiconfig/ui/rotationtabpage.ui
cui/uiconfig/ui/possizetabpage.ui

And on a first glance I don't see an issue in the code but there must be
something
cui/source/tabpages/transfrm.cxx
