Description:
Images disappearing from document after saving ODT to DOCX (and showing
tracking changes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Edit -> Track changes -> show (disable)
3. Save as DOCX
4. Show changes
5. Figure 46 on pag 70

-> File reload solves the issue

Actual Results:
Image missing

Expected Results:
Should still be around


Reproducible: Always
