Testing currently with:

Version: 7.0.0.2 (x64)
Build ID: c01aa64b6c3d89ebe5fe69c28c7adb24eb85249c
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-AU (en_AU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

It seems most of the issue is now linked to the PNG icons, which are very
pixelated, and changing to the SVG icon sets looks great, so I might just close
this as a duplicate of bug 115439 for now.
I can't seem to reproduce the blurriness of the rest of the interface with
7.0.0.2

Looking forward to seeing SVG becoming the default.
