Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LibreOffice Installer
2. Exclude Online update from installed components
3. Launch LibreOffice
4. Tools->Options->Online Update

Actual Results:
---------------------------

Expected Results:
There should be no Tools->Options->Online Update
