FILESAVE DOCX: Image anchored to character not properly aligned

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached (ODT)
2. Export to DOCX
3. Look at figure 5

Actual Results:
Aligned to the right (image outside frame)

Expected Results:
In the middle


Reproducible: Always
