Image anchored as character vanishes from canvas

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Notice the image on the second page
3. Press Enter once

Actual Results:
Image is gone (transparent, jumped to the last page; see navigator)

Expected Results:
Visible


Reproducible: Always
